Make your way to the Galveston County Fair & Rodeo, March 29-April 6, 2019.
Each year the fair hosts more than 4,000 youth participants in livestock shows, youth rodeo events, various contests and special events. The Fair & Rodeo provides scholarships, scramble money, and an opportunity for the exhibitors to sell their projects through the Junior Livestock Auction, Junior Commercial Heifer Auction, or by Commitment during the Fair. Each year, the Galveston County Fair & Rodeo pays out around $500,000 to the youth for their animal sales, craft sales, scholarships and scramble sponsorships. These opportunities would not be available without the support and generous donations of our sponsors, buyers, memberships, and volunteers.
